we want to see jesus lifted high
so im back from confirmation camp, it was great ! i know some people felt that it was not as fun as last year's and all, but i guess they dont see the point that this camp is not for fun but actually to build up and strengthen our relationship with God, and have a deeper understanding of our faith. and im sure if you actually opened up to listen and think, you wouldn't say those things.
i dont really want to go into details lah, quite long, but i think that there's one special experience that i should share, and that is that i got slain by the holy spirit. for the first time of my life, i actually felt his presence in me. as i lay there on the floor, my mind was blank and my body suddenly had a burning sensation which almost immediately turned into a freezing sensation which remained. when i opened my eyes, i couldn't recognise the place i was in, and my whole body was numb and i was shivering. it was this sensational, indescribable feeling. it was great.
chinese prelims this morning was HORRIBLE. i couldn't concentrate at all and it was quite difficult ! i dno, i was quite blur cos i din sleep properly & all. then i went back to camp ! hahah so fun. im quite upset camp's over so quickly and it's our last one as a level. nevermind, i'll treasure the remaining two months leading to confirmation.
i loved camp ! yay. im sleepy now, and i have school at like 7 tmr ? so much for holidays !
